AlphaTRAC was established in 1992 by experienced emergency management professionals. A privately held, high-tech company, AlphaTRAC has grown to serve a national base of clients, including the Department of Energy; the Department of Defense; the Department of Homeland Security; other federal, state, and local governments; and private industry.
CEO & Founder | C. Reed Hodgin
Reed’s professional background includes over 30 years of operational and management experience in crisis decision-making, atmospheric modeling, hazards and risk assessment, meteorology, and emergency response. A Certified Consulting Meteorologist, Reed is a nationally recognized expert in planning for and response to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives emergencies.
